ORGANIC CASUALS offers for sale ready-to-wear items and guarantees the authenticity of the products offered for sale on our website www.organiccasuals.com
Each product offered online is thoroughly detailed in the product description.
If a product becomes unavailable, ORGANIC CASUALS undertakes to notify you by email or telephone in order to advise.
It should be noted that all our products must be washed upside down, at 30 ° C, and not be machine dry.

Delivery
2 delivery formulas.
Option 1: Delivery to FRANCE - Delivery will be made in 24/48h hours after confirmation of payment.
France shipping cost : + 6euros
Option 2: EUROPE delivery - Delivery will be made in 48/72 after confirmation of payment
Europe shipping cost : + 9 euros
Return of products
If the item you receive does not correspond to your order and wish, you have the possibility to withdraw within 14 working days. In this case, you can return the product(s) at your expense to the address indicated on your invoice.
How to proceed ?
Go to your ORGANIC CASUALS account to get your return ticket to print and attach to the package you will return.
If the size is not suitable, please notify your ORGANIC CASUALS account to issue the corresponding return label. Upon receipt of the item to be exchanged, we will send you the item corresponding to your request.
All returned items must be intact, in their receiving packaging, with all their original labels.
Your return package will be deposited at the post office closest to you. Upon receipt of your package in our warehouses, we will proceed with the refund or exchange as stipulated in your request.
Refund Terms
Items returned and ordered online can only be refunded in case the items are intact and within 14 days after receipt of the order.
After this period of 14 days, any returned item will not be refunded and will be returned to you.
The refund will be made to the original payment card within 14 working days after receipt of the package. You will be notified by SMS or email of the refund of this item.
Returns have a cost of 2 Euros which will be deducted from the refunded amount
ORGANIC CASUALS reserves the right to refuse all refunds for returned products that prove to be incomplete, damaged, washed or soiled.
We advise you to keep proof of your return in case your package is misplaced or lost.
